Licensed to practice in the State of Illinois since 1990, Mike specializes in Creditor representation in Bankruptcy. He and the Bankruptcy Department staff are responsible for Chapter 13 Plan examination and interpretation, preparation and filing of Proof of Claims, Objections to Confirmation, Motions for Relief from the Automatic Stay, Reaffirmation Agreements, Motions to Authorize Loan Modifications, and all other Bankruptcy related matters. Mike is licensed to practice in the Federal Bankruptcy Courts in all three Districts of Illinois, and all Districts in Indiana, Wisconsin, and Michigan, allowing The Wirbicki Law Group to reach across State lines when necessary to protect their client's rights in Bankruptcy Court.
